Abstract : In this paper , two kinds of morpning forms of default theorem are set forth , that is , general physical property equation of the universe and mirror equation of the universe . By the general equation of the universe , general values of all physical quantities of the universe can be calculated , and total of 21 items of physical properties of the universe have been conducted . These calculating results are fully satisfied and conform to those observed datum having been verified . There has a mirror equation of this general equation of the universe  , according to this mirror equation , we can  obtain mirror values of corresponding general ones (values under vacuum ) . These mirror values are those tucked from its general values of the universe into scopes of quantum size or less  , which are being minimized 1.0083333333333333…e93  times , that is , the universe as a whole fall in scopes of quantum dimension or less . While these mirror values are either directly equal to or approximately approach to corresponding observed datum in quantum physics and cryophysics . Calculating results indicate that mirror value of an certain physical quantity of the universe multiplying a value of  combination of modulus of one or several specific basic physical constants yields standard value of this physical quantity in micro physics . Also from mirror equation of the universe , many basic physical constants can be derived and their physical mechanism of formation are unveiled . Discovering that almost physical constants are either just an completable space time (CST) or combination of multiple CST . Physical constants classify into two categories of completable physical constant and default physical constant by criteria of whether it is variable along with evolution of the universe or not , Physical mechanism of formation for basic charge is put forward and unfold that basic charge is a default physical constant which is an component of past world of the universe , which sticks to every space or time dimension of the universe being with total of 10 dimensions of space time (5 spacer dimensions and 5 time dimensions) ;  Past world has an unique symbiotic state of magnetism and electricity .   Although we do not have ability to keek at events inside past world so far , but these events have never shied away from exposing themselves around us .  By conclusions drawn from information equation of the universe presented in previous paper , we have leant that elementary particles possesses information structures , that is , it is consists of certain universal events happened in past . So physical behaviours of these particles actually are performances of those events confined within micro dimensions and show themsevies through phenomena of micro physics . This also means physical behaviours of elementary particles are utterly determined by corresponding universal events happened in past . For insance , we can say strictly that on earth , an universal event happened at A.D.1776 , July 4 could give rise to an certain elementary particle behaviouring physically as  , while another universal event happened at A.D.1949 , Oct. 1 could result in another elementary particle behaviourign as  physicallly .

  Those information matching these two events interact with initial modulus of the universe and rehabilitate to a substantiated form darkened  which are exactly those two events ever happened in observed universe , totally reappreareance of these two events . Also if the information matching these two events are composite information item belonging ones stipulated in information equation of the universe , then there would be an composite event + happening in darkened universe where these two events combine together and blend into an new universal event we have never seen . According to definition of event , this blended event is of course substantiated one .   We see that most of general and mirror values of the universe can be calculated by carrier frequency of the universe and get same results as gotten from information modulus of the universe .

Our perception is that this carrier frequency of the universe would be doorstep through which human could finally find techanically a way feasible to release those past events confined within past world out and be projected on spotlight in substantiated observed universe .
