Theory of the Universe (FBTU) is a newly developed space time theory which

compatible with well established fundamental physics principles , FBTU yields
such considerable and stunning calculation results and conclusions that
perfectly match all observation datum available in both physics , astronomy and
cosmology . More importantly , this theory turns up corner of the universe and
exhibits all things happened in past of the universe in terms of their space
time structure and their physical effect at present onto our substantiated

character of elementary charge is of its objective reality independently , but

Physical meaning of the above equation is that under per unit magnetic flux , past world is equivalent to 10 numbers of specific combination of elementary charges with 4 elementary charges of the same nature for each one . It is obvious that elementary charge indeed is originated form past world , or more accurately , a component of past world on each dimension of substantiated universe . So it is reasonable to say that elementary charge is avatars of past world .
Fraction charge and
general elementary charge
According to conclusions made by theory and experiments of quantum physics and cryophysics , there exist fraction charge in nature , and it had been verified by observations . Now we explore its physical justification . As said above , past world share evenly onto 10 dimensions of the universe , every dimension of space or time is given 4 elementary charge of the same nature . Now we presume that all positive charges are place on 5 space dimensions , negative ones on 5 tune dunensions , as shown below :
